Last updated: 22 July 2026--------------------------------------------------By commissioning me, Wawa, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.If you struggle to read the terms below due to buffering or layout problems, you may refer to this GDocs for ease of access.--------------------------------------------------1. GeneralThese terms may be updated at any time. You are bound by the version that is in effect during the period your commission is accepted.I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request that is mentioned in section 5.All commissions are for personal use only, unless a separate commercial license is explicitly purchased AND agreed upon in writing.--------------------------------------------------2. Ordering Process- Contact me through my preferred platform (Email/Instagram) with your commission request.- Provide as much detail as possible, including:
--- Clear character references (images, moodboards, palettes, etc.)
--- Detailed descriptions of your desired scene, pose, expression, outfit, and composition.
--- Any specific requests for the background, style preference, scaling, etc.- I will review your request and reply with:
--- Confirmation of whether or not I choose to accept your commission.
--- Final price quote
--- Estimated timeline
--- Any additional questions or suggestions- Once we have agreed on all the details, you are required a 50% deposit to proceed.- Work will begin only after the deposit is paid and all references are finalised and approved.--------------------------------------------------3. Payment- For local Indonesian clients, payment is accepted via Bank Mandiri, GoPay, and DANA.- For International clients, payment is accepted via PayPal and Ko-fi.- Other methods of payment will not be accepted.- Prices are final once the commission is accepted.- You are required to pay 50% upfront before any work is started and must pay the rest of the 50% after the artwork has been completed.- Full payment is due before the delivery of the final files. (Check Section 7 for more details)--------------------------------------------------4. Process and Revisions- You will receive a series of thumbnails for approval.- Minor revisions (small adjustments to the pose, expression, colours, or details) are included during the sketching and colouring stages.- Major changes (significant redesigns, new poses, outfit changes, etc.) after the sketch approval will incur additional fees. (A base of $5 but may increase depending on complexity).- I will send progress updates at key stages. If I receive no response within 48-72 hours, then it will automatically be considered as approval to proceed.- Estimated turn around time (TAT) is usually 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity and my current workload. I will communicate any delays promptly.--------------------------------------------------5. What I Will Not Draw*By underage, I refer to children below the age of 18.I will NOT accept commissions involving:- Gore or torture.
- Hate symbols or propaganda.
- Underage characters in sexual or suggestive contexts.
- NSFW commission requests from underaged clients.
- Complicated mecha / heavy machinery.
- Any content that violates my personal boundaries or platform rules.--------------------------------------------------6. Copyright and Usage RightsI, Wawa, retain full copyright of the artwork at all times. By default, all commissions will be assumed for personal usage only.Personal Use License (Stadard CommissionYou are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusice, non-commercial license to use the artwork for personal display and enjoyment, including:
- Social media posts and profile pictures.
- Personal prints and wallpapers.
- Personal portfolios or fan content (non-monetised)All commissions are for personal use only unless a separate Commercial License is explicitly purchased and agreed upon in writing. Commercial rates and terms will be discussed and quoted separately.You may not:
- Claim the artwork as your own creation.
- Sell, resell, reproduce, or distribute the artwork.
- Use it for any commercial purpose (merchandise, advertising, business branding, monetised content, etc.)
- Edit, trace, heavily modify, or use the artwork as a base for new commercial works without my permission.
- Feed the artwork into any AI training datasets or generative tools.Commercial Use License (Separate Purchase Required)If you explicitly purchase a Commercial License (which must be agreed upon in writing before or at the time of commissioning), you will receive expanded rights in addition to the personal use rights above.Commercial rights include:
- Use of the artwork for commercial projects such as merchandise (prints, apparel, stickers, etc.), book illustrations, advertising, branding, monetised content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), and other profit-generating purposes.
- The right to reproduce and sell physical and digital products featuring the artwork (subject to any limitations agreed upon in writing).Commercial License Limitations:
- The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may not claim copyright ownership or exclusive rights to the artwork.
- You must give proper credit to me, Wawa, whenever the artwork is used publicly (e.g. “Art by Wawa_So_Cool”).
- The commercial license does NOT allow you to resell the raw artwork files themselves or sublicense the artwork to third parties without my written permission.
- AI training or use in generative AI tools remains to be prohibited. Any action of doing so will warrant you to be blacklisted from my services indefinitely.--------------------------------------------------7. Delivery- Final files will be delicered as a high-resolution PNG and JPEG (or, if agreed upon 80% of the total price, a PSD/KRA file).
- Delivery will be made via Email.--------------------------------------------------8. Cancellations and RefundsThe artist:
- 90%-100% refund if I'm the one who chooses to cancel the commission.The client:
- Before any work begins: Full refund
- After sketch/thumbnail approval: 90% refund max.
- After flat background + flat colour: 70% refund.
- After detailed background or detailing main subjects: 30% refund.
- After all mentioned above: No refunds.--------------------------------------------------9. LiabilityI am not responsible for any misuse of the artkwork by the client. My liability is limited to the total amount paid for the commission.--------------------------------------------------10. Communication and ConductYou may contact me primarily through my Email and Instagram.Please remain respectful and patient. Harrassing, rude, or excessively demanding behaviour will result in an immediate cancellation of the commission without refund.
